- Premier Guest Priority? If you are staying at Hard Rock Hotel, Portofino Bay, or Royal Pacific – you will get preferred seating status at select restaurants. What this means is when you show your room key card; you will be seated quicker vs. those who are not.
- When to make reservations? We recommend about 40-45 days prior to your arrival.
- Do I have to pay when I book? No, you do not.
- Why isn’t Volcano Bay on the list? All dining options here are quick service – meaning no reservation is needed.
