5 Simple Steps to a Magical Vacation
Use our short quote request form to tell us a little bit more about what you’re looking for. Then, we’ll set up a free planning call or collect more info over email—your choice!—so we can put together a custom quote for you, based on your particular needs. We’ll also let you know if an additional planning fee for more complex itineraries applies to the trip you’re after.
Next, we’ll research your best options and put together several ideas for you to consider. You’ll receive 2-3 suggested packages, outlined in a personal pdf presentation, sharing all the details.
We’ll then work with you to narrow in on your best options, and make any changes you request!
Here comes the fun part! Once we lock down your package, we’ll make all of your travel bookings for you, keeping track of when final payments and paperwork are due. Our full-service booking assistance includes:

- Hotel rooms or cruise cabins
- Transfers
- Tours and excursions
- Dining reservations (including notes on special dietary restrictions)
- Stroller or wheelchair rentals
